Do I have to send you my card or slab?
No, never. We work from a photo of your card. Depending on what you order, we email you a print file or ship you a printed art panel or the complete build, and you press your slab in at home.
What exactly do I receive?
You choose. Print file: a print-ready PDF by email, to print yourself. Printed art panel: the art printed on archival paper with the label and card windows cut, for your own case. Complete build: a glitter bumper case with the art panel fitted, ready for your slab.
How long does shipping take?
Because of high demand, printed panels and complete builds currently ship in 4–6 weeks, tracked: counted from your order for ready-made designs, and from your approval for custom art. Custom design previews arrive within 48 hours. Print files arrive by email as soon as the art is final.
Which games do you do?
All of them: Pokémon, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, Magic: The Gathering, Dragon Ball Super, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Digimon, Star Wars: Unlimited, Flesh and Blood and more. The card window is cut to your card’s real size, so a 59 × 86 mm Yu-Gi-Oh! card sits as cleanly as a standard 63 × 88 mm one.
Does the art cover my label?
No. The art panel covers the slab’s plastic, not your label: one window is cut for the label and one for the card, so both stay fully visible. Nothing is glued, cut or opened on the slab itself.
Can I see it before it’s printed?
Always. The studio shows the build on your slab before you order, and ready-made designs are printed exactly as shown. Custom art gets a full-size 1:1 preview first: with card, PayPal or Klarna we only reserve the amount and charge it when you approve. Ask for changes as often as you need, or cancel and the reservation is released. No reply within 3 days of a preview? It approves itself, so a missed email never stalls your order.
What’s the difference between a studio design and an exclusive design?
A studio design is our design for a specific card; other collectors with the same card can order it too. An exclusive design is made by an artist for you alone, is never sold again, and comes with the master file and a certificate tied to your cert number.
Which slabs fit?
Our cases are fitted and tested for PSA standard slabs. CGC and BGS fits are in testing. Join the list in the studio and we’ll email you when they pass.
Which case colours are there?
8 glitter frames, all with a clear back so the reverse of your slab still shows. Solid: Onyx, Frost, Ruby, and Sapphire. Fades: Holo, Aurora, Ember, and Eclipse.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to draft variations quickly. A draft isn’t a product: every design that ships has its seams corrected by hand and its colour tested on our print stock. We never sell an AI generation as one-of-a-kind.
What if it doesn’t fit?
If your slab doesn’t sit flush or a window misses, send us a photo. We reprint or refund, your choice.
My card isn’t in your designs.
Upload a photo in the studio. If we can source a clean scan of your exact version, we design it. Some cards need more correction than others; if that changes the price, we tell you before you pay.
