Why it takes 4–6 weeks
Every panel is printed, cut and checked by hand, and orders are much higher than usual right now. Your place in the queue is fixed the moment your art is final.
Fit guarantee
If your slab doesn’t sit flush in the case or a window misses, send us a photo within 30 days. We reprint or refund, your choice.
Changes and cancellations
Custom art: change or cancel for free until you approve your preview. Previews approve themselves 3 days after we send them, and we remind you the day before. Ready-made designs go to print right after payment, so write to us quickly if you change your mind and we’ll sort it out. Track every order in your account or through the link in your confirmation email.
